The artist, born in an immigrant Italian family, was able to saturate the landscape of his ancestors with strong visual poetry. The Castle at Meleto was a part of a prestigious museum show at The Butler Institute of American Art. It was honored with a full page illustration in the catalogue published by the Institute in 2001.
